Creamy Southern Spinach Dip

Creamy, cheesy, and packed with bold Southern flavor using TruLee Grandma’s Pot Veggie Seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 3 packages Philadelphia Jalapeño Cream Cheese, softened
  • 5 bags chopped frozen spinach
  • 2 tablespoons TruLee Grandma’s Pot Veggie Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons chicken broth powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Thaw the spinach and squeeze out as much water as possible.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, melted butter, heavy cream, chicken broth powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and TruLee Grandma’s Pot Veggie Seasoning.
  4. Stir in the drained spinach and most of the shredded cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
  7. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

For the best texture, make sure the spinach is squeezed very dry before mixing.
