Creamy Southern Spinach Dip

Creamy, cheesy, and packed with bold Southern flavor using TruLee Grandma’s Pot Veggie Seasoning.
Ingredients
- 3 packages Philadelphia Jalapeño Cream Cheese, softened
- 5 bags chopped frozen spinach
- 2 tablespoons TruLee Grandma’s Pot Veggie Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons chicken broth powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Thaw the spinach and squeeze out as much water as possible.
- In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, melted butter, heavy cream, chicken broth powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and TruLee Grandma’s Pot Veggie Seasoning.
- Stir in the drained spinach and most of the shredded cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
